AI-Powered Threat Intelligence & CCTV Analysis — Armatec Global

$10M+ in Design-Partner Agreements

$10M+in design-partner agreements contributed to through delivery alignment and commercial structuring (NDA)

The Challenge

Enterprise security operations teams (CISO-level) needed domain-specific AI capabilities for CCTV footage analysis and threat alerting — but required trust-critical governance, compliance scoping, and AI feasibility clarity before committing commercially.

My Approach

Worked across product, backend ML engineers, and enterprise stakeholders to shape AI use cases, define packaging and SLA structures, and support model training, fine-tuning, and deployment on Vertex AI and bare-metal infrastructure.

Impact

Contributed to $10M+ in design-partner agreements; improved first-week enterprise activation through guided setup flows; reduced proposal friction by bringing AI feasibility and commitment scope clarity into commercial conversations.

Key Highlights

  • Bare-metal ML ops — trained, fine-tuned, deployed custom CV models on bare-metal hardware
  • CISO-level enterprise trust building — consultative selling bridging AI feasibility, compliance, and commercial promises
  • GDPR and AI governance considerations embedded in commercial structuring
  • Quote-to-implementation continuity — carried deal context through sales cycle into onboarding
  • Sydney ↔ India remote international collaboration across time zones
